Greg Maxwell
JD, MS, CFP®
Greg Maxwell is a settlement planning attorney and Certified Financial Planner™ with Amicus Law Firm. His practice specializes in special needs planning, government benefits planning, and financial planning for settling plaintiffs.
He is a past president and board member of the Society of Settlement Planners, a national organization advocating for plaintiff's rights in the settlement planning process.
Greg graduated from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 2003, and is currently a member of the American Association for Justice, Utah Association for Justice, Financial Planning Association, and American Bar Association.
Greg is a frequent speaker to local, state, and national trial lawyer organizations regarding settlement planning related topics.
Greg lives near Salt Lake City, Utah, with his wife and 4 children. Greg enjoys coaching his children's sports teams, playing tennis, slicing golf balls into the next fairway, and trying not to hurt himself keeping up with his kids.
Daniel Maxwell
JD
Attorney Daniel Maxwell is a settlement planning attorney at Amicus Law Firm. He focuses on special needs planning and government benefit planning for those who receive legal settlements.
Mr. Maxwell's extensive legal and business background gives him a well-rounded perspective that makes him a knowledgeable and effective business, settlement, and settlement planner. After graduating magna cum laude from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Business Management, Daniel Maxwell graduated summa cum laude from Creighton University School of Law.
Prior to law school, Daniel Maxwell worked as an analyst and financial planning associate at Amicus Financial Advisors, LLC. In 2013, he served as a judicial intern for Judge Thomas Kay at the Utah State Second District Court.
Daniel lives in Farmington, Utah, with his wife and five children. Daniel enjoys playing tennis, spending time with his family, and listening to podcasts.
