Meet Attorney Daniel Maxwell
At Amicus Law Firm, we are an energetic team of Utah estate planning attorneys who are committed and dedicated to our clients. Your attorney will explain your estate planning options and develop an effective, personalized estate plan on your behalf.
The best estate planning takes a skilled and knowledgeable estate planning attorney to create a set of complex and detailed legal documents which guarantee that your instructions will be carried out faithfully when that time comes.
Attorney Daniel Maxwell is a partner at Amicus Law Firm with an extensive legal background. He focuses on estate planning for families and business owners, and he helps those who prevail with civil lawsuits preserve their government benefits and allocate their settlement proceeds.
Good settlement planning focuses on helping personal injury victims meet their needs and goals after they have received a legal settlement. Daniel Maxwell helps his clients explore ways that they can maximize their assets while minimizing the impact on their government benefits.
